IN REAL LIFE:

I have not been up to much this week, just more packing, running errands etc.
Other than that I have been trying to teach myself how to play the piano, even though I don't have a piano ;) I signed up for a free course on coursera.com "Fundamentals of Music Theory" and already I am confused. Learning to read music is hard, but I will persevere.
Next week is a sad week, as it is the last that I will spend in this house. My family moved into this house back in the summer of 1989, when I was nine years old, so it is sad to have to move.

How has your week been?

  1. Nice assortment of books. I finished the Deborah Harkness trilogy this week and really liked it. I have also read all of Emmy Laybourne's series. I hope your move goes well. Come see what I got at Ms. Martin Teaches Media and Inside of a Dog. Happy reading!

Thanks for stopping by Kathy :-)

  2. Sorry to hear about the move, that sucks when you have to leave a place you love. Falling Kingdoms looks good, I like the cover on that one and on Savage drift too.

    1. I enjoyed the Uglies series too and I am hoping that Afterworlds will be just as good or better.

  4. The house and garden is too big for just me and my sister and we need to be closer to town to make it easier to get jobs and so I can be closer to university.
